Holiday residences to suit everyone in the Paradiski ski area Pierre & Vacances, European leader in holiday residences, is offering two fully renovated holiday residences at Les Arcs 1800 for winter 2006/07, to meet the increasing demand from European holidaymakers seeking independence and freedom whilst on holiday.

Set right in the heart of the renowned ski resort of Les Arcs 1800, the two renovated residences of Le Belmont and Le Ruitor are ideal for devoting time to the delights of winter sports, discovering the treasures of the local region, relaxing in a cosy apartment or even enjoying a quality meal.

The resort of Les Arcs forms part of the highly varied Paradiski ski area. Situated in the heart of the European alpine arc, Paradiski has 239 slopes covering 425 km and is suitable for skiers of all abilities. The size of the ski area and its varying altitudes (from 1,200m to 3,250 m) offer holidaymakers a multitude of different landscapes and two glaciers.

Les Arcs is a pioneer in the new sliding sports, and the birthplace of the "Ski Evolutif" method and snowboarding. The resort stands out for its innovative architecture, which blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape. Les Arcs comprises four totally different but complementary sites: Arc 2000, Arc 1950, Arc 1600 and above all Arc 1800, the most fashionable resort, pedestrianised and situated on the edge of a forest, and offering a vast array of sporting and leisure activities, entertainment facilities and shops.

Le Belmont is a newly renovated holiday residence. Decorated with a distinctive mountain atmosphere, the 104 apartments are spacious and mostly equipped with balconies. These include studio apartments for four people; one-bedroom apartments sleeping four or five; and two bedroom apartments for up to six people.

The Le Ruitor residence offers 85 apartments ranging from studios for up to four people, to one or two bedroom apartments for six to seven people. This residence is located on the edge of the forest, 500m from the resort centre and 300m from the shops and the ski lifts. Le Ruitor also boasts a sauna, a restaurant and bar.

Guests preferring hotel accommodation may also choose the fully refurbished Hôtel du Golf, which is also part of the Pierre & Vacances Group, through its Hôtels Latitudes brand. The Hotel has new facilities to support activities for families with young children. This includes taking groups of children skiing, dining and offering a group babysitting service.

Over the last four years Pierre & Vacances group has committed itself into renovating up to 4,000 apartments and investing over 150 million Euros in developments.
