Ski holidays for the over 50’s There are plenty of holidays still to be taken this winter for skiers age 50 plus to a range of European and North American ski destinations with Ski Freshtracks. All holidays are graded by skiing standard ensuring skiers will be skiing with those of a similar ability, as well as age. These holidays are called ‘Peak Experience’ within the Ski Freshtracks brochure.

Take an ‘introduction to off piste’ week in the Italian resort of Gressoney-la-Trinite, with instruction provided by the Monte Rosa Alpina Ski School. £950 including flights, transfers and 3* half board hotel, 8-15 March. Or to brush up on novice powder skills, March 22-29 Improving in Powder course in Flaine, France is priced at £650 including instruction and half board 2* hotel.

“Skiers of this age are often as fit, if not fitter than many of our younger skiers. They are keen to get on the pistes, or off piste, straight after breakfast and often ski until the last lifts of the day. We are seeing this category of holidays increasing in popularity and we will continue to provide a huge range of exciting holidays for our Peak Experience members for as long as there is the demand. They are a loyal, dedicated bunch of skiers!” said Caroline Stuart Taylor, CEO of the Ski Club of Great Britain.

Ski Freshtracks ‘Peak Experience’ holidays, are for skiers age 50+ looking for adventure.
