First Choice customers can now benefit from up-to-date ski and snow reports to ensure they are on the slopes during the best skiing conditions during their winter break, thanks to a new text service provided by Travel Buddy.

Snow forecast is an essential part of any skiing holiday and this new facility will provide weather updates relevant to a customer’s destination and time of travel, direct to their mobile prior to departure as well as in the ski resort. The information removes the pressure of finding out the weather reports, enabling customers to plan ahead and use their time wisely so and get the most out of their skiing holiday. Customers who opt into this service can access this information throughout their winter break and it will stop automatically on the day they return.

The service is a valuable communication tool for customers who will also be able to request local emergency and contact information specific to their destination by just texting the keyword ‘Info’ to a designated number. Customers can now have one less thing to worry about so they can relax, enjoy the scenic views and have fun skiing, boarding or trying out some of the other snow activities the resort may have to offer.
