Enjoy a holiday on the piste in Graubünden
Be sure to get enough of the white stuff on your ski trip this season – Graubünden, Switzerland’s No. 1 holiday region, offers over 2,200 km of piste on which to enjoy skiing and snowboarding, with a suitable slope for everyone ranging from family friendly to prepared, carved pistes and powdery slopes for free-riding.Graubünden – snow-sure!
As Switzerland’s leading winter sports region, we know all about the wonderful white stuff. The above-average altitude of the ski areas – and the villages – ensures they are snow-sure. Graubünden also has extensive snow-making facilities – enough to cover 650 hectares of slope. The proof, though, is in the altitude: the classic resort of Arosa is located at 1,800 metres above sea level, three quarters of the ski area of Laax lies above the tree line, and Davos is the highest winter town in Europe.

Children visiting Arosa will be thoroughly entertained at the Junior Club, where they will receive free kids-lemonade in participating restaurants and special children’s menus for the under 10’s. Children also receive a cool welcome-surprise-bag in the Junior Club hotels. Last season, Arosa played host to celebrity Jason Donovan and his 7-year old son, proving it to be a popular family destination!
