Wheel clampers face the axe from online parking enforcement

FlashPark is a pioneering online enforcement system that allows everybody from large companies to private individuals to issue on the spot fines to illegally parked vehicles on private land in the UK.

Ford motors, Majestic Wines, Fitness First, hospitals and retail parks together with hundreds of other organisations large and small with off street parking are abandoning the wheel clamp in favour of an online system that allows the landlord to withdraw a parking fine once issued.

How is a fine issued?

Once a rogue vehicle has been identified a digital pic of the vehicle in its offending position is uploaded. HPI confirms the correct details have been entered and a fine is posted the next day to the registered owner. Fines to offenders are printed with a photo and a satellite image of the location.
