Garonga Safari Camp announces opening of 'Little Garonga'

9th November 2007 Print

Garonga Safari Camp has announced the opening of 'Little Garonga' on 10 December 2007. Garonga Safari Camp is an exclusive 14 bed camp in the greater Makalali Conservancy situated west of the Kruger National Park.

This unassuming sanctuary promises a more intimate wildlife encounter in an unhurried environment – somewhere where you can unwind, sleep deeply and be yourself.

The existing Hambleden Suite will now be a 2-bedroomed suite with the addition of an adjoining room, ideal for children who do not want to be very far from their parents.

There are also 2 brand new suites, namely the Buckingham and Chiltern Suites, which will complete this 'exclusive use' camp, which are slightly further away from Hambleden, linked by wooden pathways. The three suites are ideal for a family or group of friends up to 6 adults and 2 children looking for an exclusive use safari experience.

Little Garonga comes complete with own guide and vehicle, chef and host. Little Garonga will accept children from age 6 rather than age 8 at the main camp - and the beauty of having the place to yourself means you would not need to worry as much if the children get a little rowdy - or if you want to relax around your own private pool .
