Avis Europe’s new partnership with SkyEurope takes off

Avis Europe has announced an exclusive three-year partnership with SkyEurope, one of the fastest growing European low cost passenger airlines, covering destinations throughout Central and Western Europe, and the UK.

From 1st February 2007, SkyEurope customers booking through the airline’s website, skyeurope.com, can reserve a rental car with Avis. With rental locations at every SkyEurope destination, including Bratislava, Warsaw, Prague, Vienna, Rome, Barcelona, London and Manchester, Avis offers SkyEurope customers convenient car collection at their destination, attractive rental rates and the reassurance that they have booked with a leading car rental company.

SkyEurope customers can benefit from the service enhancements recently introduced by Avis as part of its ‘Inspired Change’ programme of continuous improvement. These include a new clearer and easier to understand Rental Agreement, and Rapid Return technology, which enables Avis staff to complete the rental return process quickly and efficiently beside the car, with the added reassurance of a final receipt given on the spot. Avis Preferred, the company’s complimentary frequent renter scheme was enhanced in 2006, further refining the rental experience. Now, Avis Preferred members can collect their cars from specially-marked Avis Preferred parking bays, located in the most convenient positions, and in some airport locations can even bypass the rental counter as their keys will be waiting in their vehicle.
