Car rental company, Avis, has launched a worldwide sale offering discounted car rentals from as little as £12 per day in order to encourage people who have booked a holiday or are travelling on business this spring, to make the most of their travel plans.

The sale which runs from 16th April through to 8th June inclusive, sees Avis offering significantly reduced car rental rates across most European countries, plus all US and Canadian destinations - for rentals up until 30th June.
