Renowned chef creates new menu for airBaltic

Martins Ritins, a renowned chef in Latvia, has created a new menu for the business class passengers of the Latvian airline airBaltic, based on organic products provided by local farmers.

Martins Ritins offers for the business class passengers of airBaltic the highest quality products grown by Latvian farmers. These dishes are prepared by the company LSG Sky Chefs Airo Catering Services Latvija, which makes meals for airBaltic, according to the recipes and methods of Martins Ritins and under his strict supervision.

Tero Taskila, Chief Commercial Officer of airBaltic: “We are delighted to offer our business class passengers the opportunity to enjoy dishes by Martins Ritins. They can enjoy an excellent meal at the same time supporting local farmers who grow organic products.
