Normal operations for Aer Lingus as strike action is suspended

Strike action by Aer Lingus Pilots which was due to take place on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd August has been suspended. Aer Lingus will resume a full short haul schedule with a number of cancellations on its long haul operation as listed below.

The following long haul flights are cancelled:

Passengers holding confirmed bookings on short haul flights are advised to check-in at least 2 hours prior to departure while passengers travelling to the USA and Dubai are advised to check-in at least 3 hours prior to departure.

Customers that were due to travel on Tuesday 21st August and Wednesday 22nd August and who cancelled bookings due to the proposed strike action may re-book their flight free of charge. Alternatively, passengers may present themselves at check-in where they will be re-accommodated.
