Success for Mountune Racing in SPEED Racing Series

Mountune Racing, a part of the Performance Engineering division of Revolve Technologies, achieved excellent results at this weekend’s round of the SPEED Racing Series in the Snetterton 6 hours race.

The SPEED series features sports prototype cars which adhere to the FIA’s CN regulations. This long-distance high-speed style of racing is very popular in the global motorsport world, with the UK series attracting a number of the top National Level teams.

Mountune Racing engines finished first with the RLR Motorsport team of Barry Gates and Anthony Dunn; second with the TFL Racing team of Sarah Reader and Graham Fennymore; and fourth with the Counter Solutions Racing team of Richard Bernans, Chris Bialan and Rob Garofall. The teams use Mountune Racing tuned Honda engines, which have been equipped with dry sumps as well as racing exhaust systems and a motorsport engine management system.

This weekend’s result continue to demonstrate the dominance of the Mountune Racing powered engines, which have won all rounds of the 2009 season thus far, recording victories at Anglesey, Spa Francorchamps and Brands Hatch Grand Prix.
