Lex launches industry leading duty of care solution

Lex has launched its industry leading Duty of Care solution – Lex Duty of Care - designed to help organisations achieve full compliance with all elements of ‘driving at work’ legislation.

The cornerstone of the Lex Duty of Care product is Lex FleetRisk, a comprehensive on-line risk management tool. The product incorporates Realtime Risk Assessment software (developed by the winners of FN 2005 Best Risk Management Company) to deliver a market-leading solution: the only one that gives users both a company and driver audit trail to be used in any legal defence.

Lex FleetRisk provides guaranteed compliance with the law’s requirements on occupational road risk, at both a corporate and driver level, and includes a return-on-investment monitor to track savings made through accident and incident reduction. It is therefore unique amongst the current market offering.

Lex recognises there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, and is offering three Duty of Care solutions to customers. This ranges from basic licence checking for companies that have already implemented a robust risk management system, to an end-to-end in-depth consultancy solution for companies that need help and guidance on this complex matter.

Through its own research Lex has seen a multitude of companies in the market offering a road risk management programme.
