Fun at the Historic Dockyard for buoys and ghouls!

There’s lots going on at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard this half-term with stories, sparkles and spooks! Plus, with 6 must-see attractions for 1 great price, there is guaranteed fun for all ages and what’s more the activities are free with a valid attraction ticket.
Intrepid visitors can learn about history in a fun and innovative way with a host of costumed interpreters, family friendly games, dressing up, crafts, trails and talks as they make their way to HMS Warrior 1860, HMS Victory, the Mary Rose Museum, Royal Naval Museum, the interactive Action Stations and Harbour Tours. There is also lots of space for children to explore in their own way, including indoor space and attractions for the autumnal weather!
For those who want to get into the ‘spirit’ of Halloween there are ghost stories, creepy crafts and pumpkin trails onboard HMS Warrior 1860 and a Vibrant Vile Victory onboard HMS Victory.
Trafalgar Day will be celebrated at the Royal Naval Museum with a range of activities and they will also be offering a chance to make sparkling, shimmering tropical fish to brighten up any bedroom.
The Mary Rose Museum will be introducing the Barber Surgeon and Tudor Doctor of Physic as well as providing plenty of opportunities to dress up!
