Marina Bay Sands will bring a host of new emerging fashion brands and store concepts to Singapore’s premier integrated entertainment destination.

Singapore and Southeast Asia are increasingly important for retailers. One key trend is the blend of luxury brands and new, emerging labels giving fashion-conscious shoppers a chance to set style trends. Marina Bay Sands is designed to give those clients the most fascinating shopping experience.

A few of the new brands and labels with standalone stores in Singapore for the first time include French brand Anne Fontaine, Italian apparel brands Henry Cotton’s, Paul & Shark, Stefano Ricci, Austrian lingerie label Wolford, fashionable Chinese brand Marisfrolg, and chic Hong Kong labels Moiselle and Rabeanco.

Customers can look forward to specially selected merchandise exclusively available at their Singapore stores at Marina Bay Sands Shoppes.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. Vice President of Retail Asia Mr. David Sylvester, said, “Marina Bay Sands is delivering a new shopping destination and experience in Asia. Our contemporary, open design with breathtaking views of Singapore’s city skyline and our strong line-up of luxury and cutting-edge brands and concepts will define Marina Bay Sands Shoppes as one of the region’s premier malls.”

Marina Bay Sands Shoppes will transform the retail landscape with over 800,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in Singapore’s first large-scale luxury shopping mall in the heart of the Central Business District. Brands that have committed to open stores at Marina Bay Sands include Bally, Blancpain, Bottega Veneta, Breguet, Bulgari, Burberry, Cartier, CHANEL, Fendi, Ferragamo, Franck Muller, Gucci, Hermès, Hublot, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Miu Miu, Omega, Patek Philippe, Prada, Tiffany & Co. and Yves Saint Laurent.

“Retailers from around the world recognize the value that Marina Bay Sands brings to their customers. Our strategic location and urban resort concept with so much to attract business and leisure visitors will attract a wider range of customers to our property and increase the opportunities for retailers in Singapore,” said Mr. Sylvester.

When it opens in the first quarter of next year, Marina Bay Sands will feature large and flexible convention and exhibition facilities, a luxury hotel, the breathtaking rooftop Sands SkyPark, a museum, Las Vegas-style gaming, the Paiza Club for premium players, theatres, entertainment, and Celebrity Chef restaurants and cuisines that allow visitors to eat around the world under one roof.
