Korea offers transit tours at Seoul's Incheon Airport

Transit passengers through Seoul are now being offered a range of half day sightseeing tours around the city.

These include:

DMZ Tour (5 hours). A guided visited around the South side of the De Militaised Zone which divides South and North Korea.

Seoul City Tour (5 Hours). Includes the President's residence; Gyeongbokgung Palace, the main home of the Joseon emperors; the National Folk Art Museum.

Alternativley there are easy transfers to downtown Seoul from where one can join a hop-on-hop-off bus tour or a walking tour of the city.
