South Point, Falmouth Harbour is located in Antigua and will operate as a boutique hotel providing apartment rooms with all hotel amenities upon its completion in July 2009.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

ROLS Limited was set up in 2002 as a joint venture between two local business owners, Jeff Hadeed and Rob Sherman in order to develop South Point at Falmouth Harbour. The project is being financed by both the owner’s capital as well as credit from the ABI Bank. South Point comprises 23 apartments, which are being sold as condominium units, each with individual ownership titles, with the option of placing privately owned units in the care of the hotel management company for subsequent operation as a hotel. This system provides a return on the investment for the unit owners, as well as revenue for the management and upkeep of the facility, ensuring maximum appreciation and future value.

SOUTH POINT, FALMOUTH HARBOUR

South Point is a four-star luxury boutique residence hotel and restaurant development located in Falmouth Harbour and is situated adjacent to the Antigua & Barbuda Yacht Club Marina.
