Pezula launches phase IV

2nd January 2007 Print
Pezula phase IV property Pezula, the award winning South African development, has just released its fourth phase consisting of 34 plots ranging in size between 2,500m² and 10,000m².

In contrast to earlier releases these are "plot and plan" sites. Each is sold with a complete set of approved architect designed plans which effectively streamlines the process of building at Pezula for overseas buyers.

Pezula Private Estate is recognised internationally as one of the most successful luxury developments in the world. It is located on South Africa's scenic Garden Route and is bordered by the Indian Ocean and the magnificent indigenous forests and fynbos landscapes of the Southern Cape.

The Estate covers 612 ha and is one of the lowest density projects in South Africa. With only 15 percent of the Estate being developed the remaining land is preserved as indigenous forests and coastal fynbos stretching down to the sheltered beaches below the cliffs.

The “plot and plan” initiative ensures that properties are in harmony with the architectural philosophy of the development. Overseas buyers can construct their ideal property without the time commitment necessitated by commissioning an individual architect. Starting at ZAR 2,8 million (approx GBP 200,000), all properties have magnificent views of the Knysna Lagoon and the Outeniqua Mountains.

Each building has been designed to ensure minimum impact on the surrounding landscape, with regeneration of the natural fynbos a priority. Courtyards have been incorporated into the designs creating privacy and sheltered areas.

Keith Stewart, Pezula Chairman comments: “The limited number of “plot and plan” properties offered at Pezula will simplify the process of constructing a house at the development without changing its character. Second homes in this amazing corner of South Africa offer those who want to visit a superb holiday all year round.”
