Record price for last coastal plot at Pezula Resort
The last remaining cliff-top plot at Pezula Private Estate, Knysna has just sold for a record ZAR 16 million (approx. GBP 1,132,200). Owners may choose their own architect and contractor, but to ensure the high design standards of the resort are maintained and the stringent environmental restrictions are met, owners must submit plans to the Pezula Architectural Review Committee for approval prior to any work being undertaken.
