New landmark private yacht harbour opens in St Lucia

The Landings is situated on Rodney Bay in the popular north-west of St Lucia on 19 acres of spectacular beachfront. The luxury apartments are built around a 60-berth harbour, which was created from reclaimed land on the Pigeon Island causeway. The private yacht harbour has already received accolades for ‘Best Marina Development Worldwide’ and ‘Best Caribbean Development’ at the Bentley International Property Awards.
As the new owners take their keys many commented on the quality of construction, fixtures and finishes which feature quality stone, porcelain ceramics and fine hardwoods. New owner John Robertson says: “Brochures and websites could not have prepared us for this standard of finish. We anticipated walking into a high-quality property, but as soon as we saw the fixtures and fittings, we realised that we own something quite exceptional.”
In addition to the harbour with 60 yacht moorings, amenities on site will include a seaside beach club, restaurant and bar on the pier, fitness club, a 7,000 sq.ft. spa with eight treatment rooms, swimming pool, hot tubs and tennis club.
The management of the resort will be handled by Rock Resorts, a US based company who manage some of the world’s most luxurious resorts such as Hotel Jerome in Aspen and The Pine Lodge in Beaver Creek, Colarado. The company will manage the rental pool, oversee concierge duties, utilities co-ordination and maintenance of the common areas.
The Landings has now released phase two properties for sale which include one, two and three bedroom apartments with prices ranging from US$550,000 (£304,000) to US$1,690,000 (£817,000).
