Extra horsepower at Blenheim Palace Horse Trials

30th September 2009 Print
Chrysler Oxford was delighted to showcase its entire vehicle range to the equestrian community at the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials.

Blenheim Palace is regarded as one of the world’s best three star horse trials venue in the world and attracts top international riders and their horses to compete in the three phases of dressage, cross country and show jumping classes.

Chrysler Oxford provided the Show organisers with a selection of Chrysler and Jeep vehicles over the three-day event. The vehicles were used by the CIC*** dressage judges and for transporting officials.

Tim Keatinge, Managing Director at Chrysler Oxford, said: “Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials was the perfect venue to display the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicle range to the equestrian market and the Organisers were very accommodating to our needs.”

“Jeep have always had a strong presence within the rural community and have a fantastic model range available to suit everyone’s budget.”

The Jeep Grand Cherokee attracted a lot of interest from horse owners at the show. It is impressive both on and off-road, and with its all-round ability and excellent towing capacity of up to 3.5 tonnes, it is ideal to meet the needs of those involved in equestrian events.

The Jeep Patriot equally appealed to the younger generation of horse lovers. Priced from £16,200 the highly equipped Patriot is the entry-level Jeep and offers excellent fuel economy of 42.2mpg and a raft of safety features.
