Hard Rock International have announced the celebrity presenters for its Hard Rock’s Pinktober Presents: Women of Rock charity gala event, which takes place Sunday 1 November at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Kate Thornton, Vanessa Feltz, Penny Smith, Zöe Lucker, Angela Rippon, Janet Ellis, Jenny Seagrove and Lilya Kopylova will join Gloria Hunniford to present live performances on the night by some of the hottest females in pop music, including Melanie C, Joss Stone and Jamelia, with proceeds going to the Caron Keating Foundation.

Tickets are priced from £35 - £45 and are on sale now at RoyalAlbertHall.com, Seetickets.com and TicketMaster.co.uk.

This year’s Pinktober program marks the 10-year anniversary of Hard Rock’s support in raising awareness and finding a search for a cure for breast cancer. The campaign features limited-edition products, as well as a series of live music and fundraising events at Hard Rock establishments around the world. In the UK, funds will be raised for the Caron Keating Foundation, which offers financial support and grants to all types of cancer charities, professional carers, complimentary healing practitioners, as well as individuals and families who are affected by the disease.

Also taking part in this year’s Pinktober campaign are NYC’s ‘funk soul brothers’ Fun Lovin’ Criminals, who play Hard Rock Cafe London Wednesday 14 October, with support from Rosco and Scottish indie favourites The Law and Alto Elite on Thursday 15 October at Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh (ticketweb.co.uk).

"We are proud to embark on our 10th year of helping find a cure for breast cancer," said Sean Dee, Vice President and CMO, Hard Rock International. "The answer is out there and together we’ll find it."

Joss Stone adds, "I always try and support as many charities as I can and Breast Cancer is extra important to me, being a Woman. I hope to make a small difference."

"I'm really happy to take part in another fundraising event for the Caron Keating Foundation following my Pinktober show at Hard Rock Cafe Manchester last year,” Melanie C commented. “Hard Rock organise their events so well and I am delighted that this show at the Royal Albert Hall is donating profits to such a wonderful charity."
