30th September 2009 Print
Park Lane club hosts Balinese night Park Lane restaurant and club Taman Gang is defying the low temperatures and dark evenings by hosting London’s first ever Balinese night tonight. ‘Taman Gang’ means ‘Park Lane’ in Balinese – so come out from the London cold and into a Balinese haven.

This is set to be an exotic and glamorous event with luxurious cocktails, bongo beats and late night entertainment. It may be Autumn outside, but Taman Gang promises to transport its guest to a tropical paradise.

The Taman Gang team will be circulating the venue giving out free shots and there will be an astonishing line up of live entertainment. The evening’s music will be brought from acclaimed DJ’s Hyde n Seek, the Dixon Brothers and KarL K-Gee Gordon. So dance the night away in Taman Gang’s opulent surroundings; featuring stone Buddhas, wild orchids and shimmering gold and dark wooden tones.

Taman Gang has established itself as a Mayfair hotspot, often frequented by London’s leading lights. Jetsetting stars make it their first port of call in the Capital; with the likes of Samuel L Jackson, model Erin O’ Connor and Strictly’s sweetheart Jo Wood sipping on champagne, and basking in the sultry surroundings and exclusive clientele.

To ensure privacy and add something special to your evening, ask staff about hiring The Emperor Table. Taman Gang are introducing the world’s first bespoke club VIP table service. Spend the evening around the sunken Japanese themed table and experience champagne, flaming shots and bottle shows alongside private dancers and impeccable service. Aimed to make you look, feel and live like an emperor for a night, the unrivalled attention to detail, as well as excellent value, will ensure you have a night you will never forget!

Available tonight will be Taman Gang’s vast range of sumptuous cocktails, luxurious wines and classic champagnes. For a refreshing treat, try the Tin Si (Angel) with Elderflower Sorbet, Lychee, Rose Water and Gin. If celebrating with friends, how about splashing out on one of Taman Gang’s Flutes. The Cerise and Rose Bellini, with Cerise Purée, Cherry Liquor and Rose Water, topped up with Champagne is a firm favorite. For a late night snack, try some of the delectable pan-Asian finger food, such as Beef Skewers with a Wasabi dressing or Chilli Salt Squid with Thai Chilli sauce.

Head down to Taman Gang on Wednesday 30th, and dance until dawn; Taman Gang is the new home of Balinese chic.
