Spooky goings on at Dockside

Visitors on Saturday, 31 October will be able to find out more about the great offers available at the development from Crest Nicholson’s sales advisers Kate, Tracy and Jo, who will be dressed as witches, and offered spooky treats supplied by local expert chocolatier, Chocolate One, which has a shop in the Dockside Village Square.
Yvonne Dutton, owner of Chocolate One explained: “It was all due to Crest Nicholson that I started Chocolate One in Portishead. I live in Crest Nicholson’s Dockside development and before I moved here, chocolate making was my hobby but thanks to the extra space my new home offered, I was able to make it into a business.
“There definitely is demand for high quality chocolate in Portishead. I design and make all the goods myself and will be providing orange chocolate ‘pumpkin’ lollies, Halloween cup cakes, chocolate marshmallows and mini Duttons Buttons for the visitors to the sales office on Halloween.
“My business is growing well here and I think I’ll soon be looking to expand. I’m very keen to look into moving to one of Crest Nicholson’s future retail units on the Dockside development – it’s a great place to be.”
Laura Osborne, sales manager for Crest Nicholson, commented: “This weekend will be great fun at the Dockside development and we’re very pleased to be able to offer Yvonne’s unique chocolates and cakes as well.
“Not only will visitors be able to sample these delicious treats but they can also find out about how a Crest Nicholson property could be the perfect waterside home for them too.”
