ATS Euromaster takes the lead with new customer response team for truck tyre breakdowns

ATS Euromaster, the UK’s No.1 commercial vehicle rescue service, is raising the pace yet further with a new customer response team dedicated to getting stricken trucks rolling again.

To underpin the service, ATS Euromaster has developed a unique customer support system based on a single contact number into ATS Euromaster’s call centre in Aston, Birmingham. The service operates 24/7, 365 days with over 250 people handling calls. The system uses ATS Euromaster’s sophisticated satellite mapping technology and communications systems to quickly locate the tyre breakdown and activate the nearest fast-response unit to ensure all trucks are safe and rolling again in the shortest time possible.
In addition, tyre stocks will be increased at regional centres, ensuring the right tyre is readily available and enabling the fast-response teams to dramatically cut tyre replacement times.
