The wait is now over for buyers who want more than a look through the keyhole of the latest fabulous new Redrow homes in Launceston.

Popular since its inception, Stourscombe Vale has now entered its final phase, with a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes currently available. And to showcase all that the venture has to offer Redrow has launched a stunning new ‘Ribble’ show home.

Hannah Newnes, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West) said: “With our new show home we aim to give buyers an insight into what life could be like if they choose to make one of the latest properties at Stourscombe Vale their home.”

She explained: “The four-bedroom ‘Ribble’ is designed over three floors, providing families with a flexible solution to modern lifestyles. The extra space afforded by the third floor means the property has much more potential than some traditional homes.”

Dressed by Redrow’s team of professional interior designers, the ‘Ribble’ features a contemporary organic aubergine and green colour scheme.

“The ‘Ribble’ is a welcoming family home with a fresh appeal. It truly is a must-see for those considering investing in their family’s future with a brand new home,” Hannah commented.

The sumptuous and elegant feel of the property carries from the entrance to the combined kitchen and dining area and right the way through to the ‘rooms in the roof’.

Hannah explained: “We have maximised the potential of the ‘Ribble’ by converting the roofspace to create a stunning master bedroom and en-suite shower room, providing parents with a sanctuary where they can relax in style and comfort.”

Other features of the ‘Ribble’, which is available from £191,995, include an open plan kitchen-diner, understairs storage and a downstairs cloakroom.

A modern take on traditional life, the homes at Stourscombe Vale are in keeping with the surrounding area yet cater for the demands of 21st century living.

Situated close to the market town of Launceston and surrounded by the rolling Cornish countryside, Stourscombe Vale residents have the potential for some stunning scenic views yet still have easy access to Bodmin and Exeter.

Stourscombe Vale is close to a variety of excellent schools for all ages, plus amenities such as shops, restaurants, doctors, dentists, a library and a retail park.
