Choir brings Christmas cheer to Tor View Court

People in Street are invited to join residents at McCarthy & Stone’s Tor View Court development on Somerton Road this month for a special Christmas carol concert performed by the Street Harvest Church Choir.
The event takes place on Tuesday 15th December at 2.30pm and visitors will be able to listen to the choir perform, and join in with all their festive favourites, while enjoying complimentary sherry and mince pies.
Aileen King, sales and marketing director for McCarthy & Stone South West, comments: “We are absolutely delighted that the Street Harvest Church Choir has agreed to put on this wonderful concert at Tor View Court and I would like to say a big thank you on behalf of everyone at the development.
“However, this isn’t an event for just our residents to enjoy! We welcome anyone who wants to join in the festivities, or would like to have a look around the development to find out what life at Tor View Court is like.”
Tor View Court is a retirement development exclusively for the over 55s offering 46 contemporary one and two bedroom apartments. The exterior design of the development has carefully recreated the look of Holmcroft House, which previously stood on the site.
The development, which is located on Somerton Road, is ideally positioned for the town centre, with a post office, library and supermarket right on the doorstep.
