McCarthy & Stone is getting into the festive spirit at its developments across the South East this month by treating visitors to some tasty seasonal surprises during the run up to Christmas, and over New Year.

Anyone considering a move to a retirement development is invited to visit McCarthy & Stone during December to enjoy a glass of sherry and mince pies, while taking a guided tour around the developments.

And on Tuesday 29th December, Wednesday 30th December and Saturday 2nd January, people visiting the developments will be treated to a complimentary bottle of port to help them toast in the New Year.

Sharon Callcut, marketing manager for McCarthy & Stone South East, comments: “In addition to spreading some Christmas cheer, we want to create a really relaxed environment for people to come and look around the developments with no pressure to buy.

“Deciding to move from your family home to a retirement development is a big step and one that takes careful consideration. All our developments will be decorated for Christmas, so people visiting will really see us at our best, and our experienced sales consultants will be able to answer any questions you might have.

“Community plays a big part at all McCarthy & Stone developments. There is a communal lounge that all residents can use and it is likely visitors will get an opportunity to meet some of the residents and find out what life is really like at McCarthy & Stone.

“And, if you’ve got family staying with you over the Christmas holidays, why not bring them along? Often, the decision to purchase is a joint decision so what better time to come and see us than when you’re all together for the holidays.”

Go along to any of the developments during December, and over the New Year.
