Citroen number 1 in LCV scrappage scheme performance
Citroen’s winning performance in the LCV Scrappage Scheme during November makes it three months in a row at the top of the LCV Scrappage chart for the Company. In November alone, Citroen sold 152 LCVs under the Scrappage programme - 26% of the month’s total LCV Scrappage registrations.
During September, October and November Citroen sold a total of 548 LCVs via Scrappage, taking 25.7% of total LCV Scrappage sales during the period. This strong performance has seen Citroen further distance itself from most of its competitors, as well as consolidating its second place position overall within the LCV Scrappage programme. Since the Scrappage Scheme was first announced earlier this year, Citroen has consistently been one of the top LCV performers, securing a total of 825 registrations year-to-date - 21.3% of overall sales under the scheme.
