Last month WestJet Airlines began twice-weekly flights to Lihue Airport, Kauai (airport symbol: LIH) from Vancouver including introductory fares starting at $349. Furthermore, if the twice-weekly flights from Vancouver to Kauai don’t jibe with schedules, WestJet also has a dozen flights weekly from Vancouver to Honolulu. Inter-island flights on multiple airlines make the hop to Kauai easy and inexpensive.
