Discerning property-seekers in Slough will have the chance to view a stunning new Taylor Wimpey homes collection when it is unveiled to the public for the first time on Saturday 23rd January.

Kings Park is an exclusive new development of just 45 three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments now taking shape in leafy Cippenham, an established and highly sought-after residential neighbourhood.

Built on the site of the former Western House School, the conveniently located homes will enjoy a spacious layout amid carefully landscaped grounds – as well as all the advantages of a well-serviced community situated just a short distance from Slough town centre and benefiting from excellent commuter links.

Kings Park is being launched at 10.30am on Saturday 23rd January, when visitors to the Sales Information Centre, off Mallard Drive, Cippenham, will be given the chance to register their interest or reserve their choice from the first release of stylish brand new homes.

Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “This is a fantastic opportunity for would-be homebuyers to be among the first to view our fabulous new Kings Park development in Slough.

“Not only will visitors get the chance to see the beautiful architectural designs and spacious interior layouts of the new detached and semi-detached homes, townhouses and apartments, but they will also be able to put their names at the top of the list to reserve their pick of the properties by pre-registering on the day.

“We are already receiving a lot of interest in this exciting new development and I would urge property-seekers to come along and join us at the launch event if they want to stake their claim.”

Those in search of a laid-back lifestyle in a superb location will find everything they are looking for at Kings Park. Cippenham is a peaceful area of Slough with easy access to a host of everyday amenities including local shops, a supermarket, a leisure centre with swimming pool and gym, plus a good choice of primary and secondary schools all within walking distance of the development.

Slough town centre is just over a mile away and offers a wide selection of high street and independent shops, the Queensmere Observatory shopping centre, restaurants, pubs, clubs, cinemas, sports facilities and entertainment venues.

For commuters, junction 7 of the M4 is just a mile and a half from the development while Burnham railway station, which offers regular services to London Paddington in little over half an hour, is just a short walk away. Those travelling further afield will also appreciate that Heathrow Airport is just 11 miles from Kings Park.

The launch event takes place from 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday 23rd January, after which time the Sales Information Centre will be open seven days a week during the same hours. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk for further details.
