Buyers in Barton-upon-Humber and Grimsby are being invited to special open house events happening this Sunday (January 31st) at Redrow’s Fox’s Fold and Kirk’s Paddock ventures respectively.

Visitors to both of these popular developments can find out how easy a move to a brand new Redrow home can be – with a range of extra help available.

They’ll be able to find out more about a number of incentives currently being offered at each location, including the opportunity to trade up to a bigger and better, brand new home using part exchange.

They will also be able to access Redrow’s network of independent financial advisors, solicitors and other property professionals to help smooth the way to an easy move.

Furthermore, visitors to Fox’s Fold are being given an additional incentive to drive them to the event: Redrow is offering to pay toll fees across the Humber Bridge for five years for those buyers who will be making the daily commute.

At current rates, for someone who works a five-day week, 48 weeks of the year, that’s a massive saving of £1166.40 every year. This will make the development a realistic home for those buyers working in Hull, but who would prefer a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) said: “The open house events are all about letting buyers discover how the move to one of our brand new homes can become a reality.

“Our part exchange incentive sees Redrow effectively acting as a cash buyer for the customer’s existing property, eliminating long delays, chain hassles and estate agent’s fees.

“For those without a property to sell, we’ve also got the Government backed HomeBuy Direct scheme available on selected plots. This allows eligible buyers with an annual income below £60,000 to take out an equity loan for up to 30% of the initial purchase price and, crucially, the loan is interest free for the first five years.”

Fox’s Fold is situated in Barton-upon-Humber, a semi-rural community that offers an attractive and sociable place to live. Situated at the southern end of the Humber Bridge, it offers a great deal to those who work in Hull, but want to come home to a more rural environment - especially if they can’t afford the property prices in places like Brough and Beverley.

Currently there are a number of three and four-bedroom properties available with prices starting from £131,995.

Meanwhile, Kirk’s Paddock enjoys a prime location close to the established town centre of Grimsby. It also benefits from excellent commuter links that provide easy access to Hull and Doncaster.

At the moment buyers can take their pick from a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £108,000 and rising to £199,995.

To find out more about Kirk’s Paddock and Fox’s Fold visit the developments situated at Caspian Crescent, Scartho Top, Grimsby and Toft’s Road, Barton, this Sunday 31st January. Alternatively visit redrow.co.uk.
