Quality has been one of the keys to the success of Barratt at its Page Court development in Downend where four and five bedroom homes are currently available.

Sales director Andrea Pilgrim said the development is in good hands as site manager Martin Link one of this year’s NHBC regional winners – independent testament to the quality of homes at Page Court.

“Martin is one of seven NHBC winners we have and one of two regional winners so buyers at Page Court can be assured of the very highest of standards,’’ said Andrea.

“In addition Barratt Bristol has scored top marks in the Home Builders Federation customer satisfaction survey, which confirms the vast majority of buyers are satisfied with the quality of their new home and would recommend their builder to a friend.

The company is rated as a four star builder in the annual HBF survey, in which more than 20,000 new home buyers nationwide took part.

And Andrea said these standards are evident in the homes at Page Court where the current release includes townhouses overlooking the green.

Prices currently start at £254,995 for the four bedroom Woodcote and designs available now also include the four bedroom Butcote townhouse, detached four bedroom Harrow and the large five bedroom Marlowe design with garage and parking and accommodation arranged over three floors.

For those looking to move up the housing ladder in 2010, Barratt’s part exchange scheme is available on properties at Page Court.

“Part exchange removes all the uncertainty of moving, because Barratt is a guaranteed cash buyer - so there is no chain, no last-minute price haggling and no hidden expense - and we also cover the cost of HIPs,’’ said Andrea.
