Esteemed housebuilder, Weston Homes, is celebrating the structural completion of the first five-star hotel located on the Southern bank of the River Thames in central London, at its multi award winning development Bridges Wharf in Battersea.

The £150 million scheme situated adjacent to the London Heliport has become a new destination on the Southbank providing 266 one, two and three bedroom apartments, 8,000 sq ft of commercial space and 14,500 sq ft of retail space. The hotel has been completed on schedule and within agreed budgets, and is now preparing for its handover to the hotel operator.

We are delighted that the hotel is now build complete and we look forward to when residents at Bridges Wharf will be able to take advantage of the hotel’s exclusive services. All homes offer a hotel style lifestyle usually afforded to the privileged few with every expectation of residents being answered by the services provided by the hotel. It is truly taking inner city, luxury living to the next level.”

Bridges Wharf is a stunning collection of luxury apartments and penthouses which sit within three striking glass-fronted tiered buildings Altura Tower, Orbis Square and Vincentia Quay. The five-star hotel, which is due to open later this year will provide 70 individually designed luxury rooms and suites.

Offering unparalleled facilities, it is expected to become one of London’s most coveted new hotels and will provide a new experience in fine dining, a destination bar and lounge on the mezzanine level; a luxury health centre and spa plus state-of-the-art function rooms for social and corporate events and meetings.

All residential, commercial, leisure and hotel facilities will be housed across the three tiered buildings ranging from six to 15 storeys. The development also includes a boardwalk extension along the river, tree lined boulevards and tranquil residents only landscaped gardens.
