New look show homes in Thornaby

The launch of three new show homes at Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire’s Thorntree Vale development is giving homebuyers a fresh look at the popular development in Thornaby.

Dressed to impress are the three bedroom Ryton end terrace and the Arlington and Brentwood four bedroom townhouses. Coupled with the newly located sales area, the new look allows visitors to see Thorntree Vale from a new angle and get some up to the minute décor ideas.

Bev Russell, Taylor Wimpey sales manager for Thorntree Vale, said: “When we completed the first phase of development here we wanted to give visitors something new to look at for phase two, so we introduced the Ryton, Arlington and Brentwood show homes. This mix of homes gives visitors a look at three different styles we offer to give visitors an idea of which size and style will suit them. As we all know it’s much easier to make a decision about a house when you can see what it looks like for yourself.”

On entering the Arlington there is a cloakroom and kitchen with dining area and French doors, which lead onto the rear garden. Moving up to the first floor there is a bathroom, lounge and the first of the bedrooms, which could easily be used as a study or for storage. The second floor has a further three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with en-suite.

The three storey Brentwood has a kitchen with breakfast area, cloakroom and lounge with French doors to the rear garden and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The second floor holds two further bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities.

The Ryton has a lounge with French doors opening onto the rear garden, kitchen with dining area and cloakroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor has three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Thorntree Vale is located on Millbank Lane in Thornaby, a short drive from the A19 and A66.
