Bloor pay 5% more for your home

Bloor Homes South Midlands has launched a new 105% part exchange offer at its stunning Lake View development at Wixams Village in Bedford.

The scheme provides purchasers with an additional 5% of their property value, providing more money to put down on a deposit for their new home. So on a home estimated at around £200,000, Bloor Homes will pay approximately £210,000, providing purchasers with an additional anticipated £10,000.
