MIA announced as official partner of Australian Motorsport Show

The MIA joins the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS), Australian Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) and the National Association of Speedway Racing (NASR) in becoming an official partner of the Australian Motorsport Show, Melbourne, February 9-11, 2007.

Several Motorsport Valley companies are expected to exhibit at the show and the MIA’s CEO Chris Aylett will make a keynote speech at the official opening breakfast.

Said Mark Harvey, the show’s Event Director, “The MIA is an example of what we want to see achieved for the fast-growing Australian motorsport industry. It provides a very wide range of services, from research to political lobbying, trade promotion, networking and career guidance.”

Chris Aylett remarked, “The Australian motorsport industry has long deserved an international showcase and we believe this show will fulfil that ambition, we plan to do all we can to attract international companies to visit Melbourne and create profitable trading opportunities – buying and selling – for Australian companies and exhibitors.
