Leasebacks offer enhanced value off weak euro

The recent weakening of the euro against the US dollar has opened up new opportunities for US, Middle and Far Eastern expatriate investors looking to purchase property in the Euro zone. Close to Grenoble, Lyon and Switzerland, it is easily accessible from the UK.
