Banyan Tree Phuket launches family friendly villas

17th March 2010 Print

Banyan Tree Phuket is launching 22 deluxe two bedroom pool villas in March 2010. The cluster of villas will provide an ideal setting for families and will run alongside its new kids programme, Banyan Tree Rangers for children aged five to ten.

Families who stay for three consecutive nights between 15 April - 31 October 2010 will receive complimentary meals for their children (under 12), as well as a credit of over $100 (approx £60) each day for parents to contribute towards their own meals.

Banyan Tree Rangers at the Turtle Club:

The Banyan Tree Rangers programme is aimed at children below 10 years of age. To cater to this age group’s curiosity, energy and willingness to learn, the daily programme revolves around the stimulation of the five senses – sight, sound, touch, smell and taste – to explore and appreciate the natural environment:

- In Sight, children learn through games and images how different animals see the world around them. They also learn about birds and animals native to Phuket, and where to find them.
- Imagination is key in Touch, where the blindfolded kids handle a range of different animals to get to know them better through texture and feel.
- Another highlight is Taste, where herbs, spices and natural products are introduced via tasting, for a delightfully surprising adventure into the world of plants that are used in our food.

In addition to the Rangers programme, kids can discover new hobbies at the Turtle Club including kite making, sand sculpture, batik painting, and aquacise.

As part of the new package, families can take advantage of a complimentary nanny service for up to three hours each day, giving parents the chance to enjoy some time alone together, relaxing by the private pool or indulging at the Banyan Tree Spa. Here, guests can enjoy signature Asian-inspired massages delivered by therapists trained at the Banyan Tree Spa Academy in Phuket.

Deluxe Two Bedroom Pool Villas:

Each of the 22 villas extend over an area of 370sqm. They all feature a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a games room as well as dining area and lounge. They are complemented by a large private outdoor pool measuring 3.5 by 9 metres with jet pool, and an outdoor sala. Each villa comfortably accommodates four adults, and can hold up to six people in total.

This family offer is available on stays in a Deluxe Two-Bedroom Pool Villa, starting from Thai Baht 35,000 (approximately £710) per night for up to six people, inclusive of daily breakfast. Price includes tax and service charges.
