The stunning tree-lined setting of Taylor Wimpey’s new Woodlands homes at The Parks has inspired a sensational new look for the trio of showhomes at this sought-after Bracknell Forest development.

Created by renowned interior designers, Vogue Interiors, to complement the beauty of the surrounding woodlands, the stylish decor will be unveiled to house-hunters this Saturday 27th March.

Plus, anyone reserving a new home at Woodlands over the weekend of Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March will receive the opportunity to have a bespoke mural designed and painted on a chosen interior wall of their new home.

“Vogue Interiors have completely transformed our showhomes to reflect the new Woodlands phase of properties now on sale at The Parks,” says Tim Betts, regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey.

“We would urge anyone who hasn’t yet found the home of their dreams to come along and see how the blank canvas of a brand new place lends itself to a fresh start – and give themselves the chance to choose amazing interior designs!”

Visitors to the two-bedroom ‘Greenwich’ showhome will be struck by its refreshingly light and airy feel, with clean aqua and white tones heightening the sense of space. Modern clean-line furniture in gloss and leather add sophistication to the relaxed and flexible living environment, which will appeal to first-time buyers and younger purchasers seeking a chic and contemporary look.

The Park’s high specification three-bedroom ‘Petworth’ showhome is designed with busy young professionals in mind. Subtly fusing warm summer tones, the Vogue Interiors design team has created a soft and inviting look counterbalanced by cream, taupe and black, and with gorgeous hot pinks running through the cushions and accessories.

The exclusive furnishings are suited to an executive lifestyle, but also create a comfortable and practical place to live, entertain and to bring up a young family.

The bold designs of the ‘Glade’ showhome will appeal to the more mature and sophisticated buyer. Visitors to this spacious four-bedroom home can’t fail to be seduced by its opulent raspberry, plum and black colour scheme and rich fabrics, plus the eye-catching and exclusive kitchen with jet black units and American fridge and freezer set against a dramatic wall of red glass.

Says Vanessa Unger, Sales Director of Vogue Interiors: “Each of the design schemes has its own distinctive character, which has been inspired by nature, the passing seasons and the development’s beautiful parkland setting. They are designed to appeal to both the aesthetic and practical aspirations of today’s purchasers and their busy lifestyles.”

One of the not-to-be-missed finishing touches is an amazing pop art mural to one of the bedrooms, created by Vogue Interiors artist Carren Moulder, and which will inspire anyone taking advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s launch weekend offer to have a wall design of their own.

Customers coming along on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March can recreate some of the interior styles they see by choosing their own two-bedroom ‘Greenwich’ house from only £224,995, a three-bedroom ‘Petworth’ starting at just £249,995, or a four-bedroom ‘Glade’ from £334,995.

A good selection of alternative three and four-bedroom homes is also available, as well as two-bedroom apartments from only £179,995.

Located only a mile from Bracknell town centre, Woodlands at The Parks is well placed for a wide selection of supermarkets and leisure amenities, including Princess Square Shopping Centre, plus a choice of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Families will appreciate that local schools have an excellent reputation, and for commuters, the railway station is a mile from the development, offering regular services to London’s Waterloo and Paddington in 60 minutes, and Reading in just 20 minutes. The M3 and M4 are accessible via the location’s good road links.

The new-look Woodlands at The Parks showhomes are located off Hawk Lane, Bracknell Forest, Bracknell, and will be open from 10.30am until 5.30pm on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March, and then seven days a week during the same hours.
