Buyers in Malton have given new homes from Redrow the seal of approval.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), said: “Winter is traditionally a quiet time for the housing market but spring has certainly sprung in North Yorkshire where we are celebrating a sales success story. At our Priorpot Mews venture in Malton we sold four properties in just four weeks.”

Priorpot Mews offers a choice of competitively priced three and four-bedroom family homes in a semi-rural location.

“Location and affordability are key factors to consider when buying a new home and Priorpot Mews ticks all the right boxes,” Patsy commented.

“It’s within walking distance of Malton town centre, with easy access to York; yet is also close to the countryside and the coast. And with prices from just £139,950, they also represent a value for money investment as unlike some older properties they won’t need expensive repairs or renovations.”

Homes at Priorpot Mews feature convivial open-plan living spaces, contemporary kitchens with top brand name appliances, plus sleek bathroom suites.

“It would cost thousands of pounds and lots of energy to bring an older property up to the standard of a brand new Redrow home. Many of our properties come complete with family friendly features such as en-suite to the master bedroom, garages and separate utility rooms,” Patsy commented.

A three-bedroom ‘Malham’ show home is open for viewing, Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
