More buyers in North Yorkshire will soon be able to experience Redrow’s exciting New Heritage Collection.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), said: “The New Heritage Collection is a premium housing product combining the best of old and new. The instantly recognisable designs are already wowing customers at Saxon Court in Sherburn in Elmet and will soon be available at Mulberry Grange in nearby Hambleton.”

Designed in response to customer feedback, the New Heritage Collection features some of the key architectural influences, styles, shapes, colours and textures reflected in the Arts and Crafts movement but with high-specification interiors styled for modern living.

“Our customers tell us they want a conventional two-storey home, preferably detached, with an easily accessible garage and a garden of their own,” Patsy commented.

“And while the New Heritage Collection properties may spark memories of customers’ childhood homes, the interiors are completely modern and up to date. It means our customers can enjoy a traditional looking home without having to spend time and money on expensive repairs and renovations that an older property might need.”

Some of the external features which typify the Arts and Crafts era – and will be seen in varying degrees at Mulberry Grange – include dropped eaves, projecting plinths, bays and other distinctive window styles, often with leaded lights. Other highlights include timber or tiled canopies over doors and windows, supported by decorative gallows brackets, and the use of larch lap boarding, while front door styles and colours also reflect the ‘heritage’ feel.

Two new show homes, dressed by professional interior designers to highlight the true potential of the New Heritage Collection, will be opening at Mulberry Grange soon.

Would-be purchasers, who register their interest now and buy ‘off-plan’, will have the chance to reap the benefits of their early investment. They will be able to choose their preferred plot and those who buy before the homes are physically built also have more choice of the individual design touches that really make a home their own.

A three-bedroom home from the New Heritage Collection at Mulberry Grange could be yours for £224,999.

Nestled in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, residents of Mulberry Grange can enjoy a range of amenities close to home. It’s also just a short distance away from Selby, with good transport links to Leeds, York, Bradford and Wakefield.
