Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is preparing to open the doors of two beautifully decorated showhomes at Kings Park in Cippenham – giving property-seekers a tantalising taste of what life could be like at this brand new development.

Expert interior designers are busy putting the finishing touches to the exquisite three-bedroom ‘Hawthorn’ and four-bedroom ‘Knightwood’ show houses, which will be unveiled to the public at 11.00am on Friday 2nd April.

Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “These gorgeous showhomes provide a fantastic opportunity to visualise what living in this exciting new community could be like.

“There’s a stunning selection of homes available to reserve now at Kings Park offering something for every buyer, from stylish two-bedroom apartments and coach houses through to spacious four-bedroom houses.

“And with a range of time and money-saving incentives also on offer, including Part-Exchange on selected family-size properties, it’s really is a must-see destination for house-hunters in Berkshire.”

Priced from only £294,995, the substantial ‘Knightwood’ townhouse boasts generous accommodation laid out across three floors, with a spacious lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden and a separate kitchen/breakfast room plus a handy guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to a large master bedroom with en-suite, a family bathroom and another bedroom, while the top floor is comfortably shared by two double bedrooms, one of which could alternatively be used as a study.

The ‘Knightwood’ also features a garage and additional parking and, like all new homes at Kings Park, will be completed to a high standard specification including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Alternative options available at the development include the two-bedroom ‘Beech’ apartment from just £184,995, the two-bedroom ‘Maple’ coach house from only £194,995, and the four-bedroom ‘Holly’ terraced house from as little as £304,995.

The range of homebuyer incentives on offer at Kings Park include help with deposits and legal fees for first-time purchasers, assistance with finding a buyer for those with a home to sell, and Part-Exchange, which gives customers the market value of their current property (based on the average of three independent valuations) off the price of their brand new purchase.

Incentives can be tailored to customers’ individual specifications and are subject to availability, with further information available from the Sales Executive.

Those in search of a laid-back lifestyle in a superb location will find everything they are looking for at Kings Park.
