Taylor Wimpey Manchester has unveiled a new view home at its M20 West development in Didsbury.

The two bedroom 'I West' apartment comes complete with an exclusive eco specification that has been developed by Taylor Wimpey. Prices start at just £119,995.

The eco specification at M20 West comprises a number of features. Water butts are supplied to each house and apartment block, while every apartment is provided with an internal washing line and eco recycling bins are provided for every house.

Other eco measures being taken at the development include low flow taps and dual flush toilets being fitted in all wet rooms. Three quarters of the light fittings in each property will be low energy units.
