New canalside homes in Moston

An exclusive canalside development of just 23 new homes in the Moston area of Manchester gets its official launch next weekend, the 10th and 11th of April.
Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey Manchester is unveiling its Waters Edge development on Belgrave Road during the weekend with the sales information centre opening its doors and a beautifully designed new showhome available to see.
The development will comprise a selection of two, three and four bedroom properties with options available for everyone from first time buyers to growing families looking for more space.
Five different housetypes will be available. Prices at the development will start at £109,995.
The showhome being launched on the opening weekend is a three bedroom Bramhall housetype. The new property has been beautifully decorated and styled by Taylor Wimpey’s expert team of interior designers and is full of inspirational ideas for how potential purchasers could design a new home at Waters Edge.
The Bramhall housetype includes a spacious lounge with dining area and a stylish, fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor contains the three bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.
Regional sales and marketing director Anthony Mansfield said: “The launch of another new Taylor Wimpey development in the Manchester region is a sure sign of confidence in the regional property market.
“We have a waiting list of people who have asked us when Taylor Wimpey will be launching more properties in Greater Manchester so we are expecting huge interest in Waters Edge. Potential purchasers should get in touch as soon as possible or visit the development over the launch weekend.”
Situated just off Moston Lane East, Waters Edge is a perfect location for commuters, being only a short journey from Manchester and Oldham. Both Moston and Failsworth rail stations are less than a mile away from the development, which is also ideally placed to reached the M60, providing easy access to the whole of the North West.
More information about Waters Edge is available by visiting the development on Belgrave Road, which launches at 11am on Saturday 10th April and which will then be open Thursday to Monday, 11am to 5pm every week.
