Owning the perfect new apartment is about to become a reality for some – thanks to the release of two new designs at Barratt’s popular Fieldways development in Paulton.

“We already offer a selection of fantastic three and four bedroom homes at Fieldways – but these apartments really are something special,” said sales director, Andrea Pilgrim. “We are already seeing a high level of demand for these properties as they are the first apartments we have released here."

The Norton and Milton designs just launched launched at Fieldways offer a great choice for apartment hunters.

Both apartment styles offer an open plan living and dining area, providing a light and airy feel. And the feeling of space continues throughout with a clever use of storage space. Offering modern living with a relaxed feel, the kitchen in each of the apartments features attractive contemporary units.

Paulton itself is a former coal mining village to the north of the Mendip Hills. Close to well known supermarkets, it also boasts a fire station, library, two pre-schools, an infant and a junior school, pubs, restaurants and a number of churches.

Sports enthusiasts are well catered for with Purnells Cricket Club open to anyone interested in the game. And there also further sports facilities such as tennis courts, bowls and a gym.

“This development is very well placed to offer everything buyers need for both work and pleasure,” said Andrea Pilgrim. “Fieldways is close to Radstock and the the market town of Midsomer Norton. It has excellent transport links – with the A37 and the A39 providing just short journeys to the thriving cities of Bristol and Bath.

“And for those seeking the tranquility of the countryside, the nearby Mendip Hills is an Area of Natural Beauty – offering a beautiful landscape with unique places to visit and activities for everyone.”
