House-hunters are being invited to a champagne and canapés reception this Saturday 24th April to launch the new showhomes at Taylor Wimpey’s exclusive Sandringham Gate development in Ruislip, Middlesex.

The select new gated community comprises an outstanding portfolio of just 23 executive four and five-bedroom homes, with prices starting at £739,995.

Visitors attending the reception, which takes place at the development between 11am and 4pm, can enjoy a glass of champagne whilst listening to a pianist play beautiful music and be among the first to see inside the beautifully decorated show properties.

Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The four-bedroom ‘Compton’ and five-bedroom ‘Willow’ homes look amazing, and the interior designs showcase the space and thoughtful layout of these elegant properties to the full.

“We are expecting high levels of interest in Sandringham Gate over the launch weekend, and with this in mind urge anyone seeking an exceptional new home to come along to the reception and ensure they have the opportunity to secure their place at this highly sought-after Greater London location.”

The four-bedroom ‘Compton’ is a stunning detached home characterised by a spacious drawing room with attractive bay window to the front, with the ground floor completed by a kitchen/dining room with French doors to the private rear garden, a utility room, a guest cloakroom and integral garage.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a master bedroom featuring a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle, while two further double bedrooms – one with en-suite shower room – and a main bathroom can also be found on the first floor.

Up on the top floor is a final bedroom with en-suite – ideal as a guest room or for accommodating a live-in nanny.

The ‘Compton’ at plot 3 of the development is available now, priced £739,995.

Visitors can also look around the wonderful five-bedroom ‘Willow’ showhome with double garage, impressive guest suite annexe and a games room, and view details for the similarly spacious ‘Melbury’ with five double bedrooms and four bathrooms and priced from £749,995.

Each new home at Sandringham Gate is designed to a luxury specification, with styling options for purchasers that include ALNO fitted kitchens with granite worktops and ceramic flooring, integrated AEG appliances, and Roca bathroom suites.

A range of additional finishing touches is also available for those making an early reservation, from under-floor heating, marble tiling and mood lighting to orangery-style conservatories with selected plots.

Homes at Sandringham Gate are thoughtfully laid out within a tree-lined avenue in landscaped gated grounds just a short walk from the centre of Ruislip village.

The superb array of local shops include a Marks & Spencer, a Waitrose, health and fine foods stores, a patisserie and a fruiterer, while a wider choice of outlets can be found at The Chimes Shopping Centre in nearby Uxbridge.

Excellent pubs, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance, the well-equipped High Grove Gym and Ruislip Golf Club are just around the corner, while the tranquil parkland of Ruislip Common, Park Wood and Ruislip Lido are also within easy reach.

Commuters choosing to enjoy Sandringham Gate’s laid-back lifestyle are well catered for, with the M40 and M25 just six miles away.

The development is also equidistant from Ruislip and Ruislip Manor stations on the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, and only a little further on foot or by road are South Ruislip and West Ruislip stations on the Central line.

House-hunters wishing to attend the champagne launch can come along to Sandringham Gate between 11am and 4pm on Saturday 24th April. The Sales Information Centre and showhomes are located off Eastcote Road, Ruislip, HA4 8DH.
