A big home with a small price tag is ready to move into now at Taylor Wimpey’s stunning Westlow Abbey development near Milton Keynes.

The leading housebuilder is putting a slice of luxury within easy reach of many more customers by offering the fabulous five-bedroom ‘Lavender’ housetype at plot 107 from only £319,995 – and it could prove to be the best spring move any homebuyer could make.

Offering amazing accommodation over three floors, this superb property features a large kitchen/breakfast room and a spacious lounge, both with French doors to the rear garden, a separate dining room, a utility room, a home office and a guest cloakroom.

Upstairs the ‘Lavender’ has a superb en-suite master bedroom with dressing area, a second double bedroom with en-suite, a third bedroom and main bathroom.

On the top floor are two further good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom.

Like all homes at the development, the ‘Lavender’ enjoys a high standard specification, including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

To help homeowners make a quick and easy move to the ‘Lavender’, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of time and money-saving incentives, including its superb part-exchange scheme. Incentives can be tailored to customers’ individual requirements and are subject to availability, with further details available from the Sales Executive.

As an alternative to the ‘Lavender’, customers can choose the four-bedroom ‘Framlingham’ or ‘Regent’ housetypes at the development, priced from £299,995, while two-bedroom houses and coach houses are also available, starting at just £149,995 with no stamp duty to pay.

Westlow Abbey is part of Lakeview, the first of four villages which will make up the self-contained, sustainable town of Wixams, three miles south-west of Bedford.

Designs for the new community draw on the best traditions of Bedfordshire’s market towns and homes will benefit from new shops, community and leisure facilities, schools and employment areas, in addition to 300 acres of sports pitches, parklands and green open space.

Each of the four villages will have its own centre, play and landscaped areas, and each will be within easy reach of Wixams town centre.

A new transport network puts bus stops within comfortable walking distance of the homes, a new railway station will provide quick links to London and nearby towns and cities, and an extensive network of cycleways and paths will make getting around a breeze.

Beyond the town boundaries, the re-aligned A6 and the A421 Bedford southern bypass put the region’s major commuter routes, including the M1 and A1, within easy reach, while those travelling further afield will appreciate that Luton Airport is just 15 miles away.

For days out, Wixams lies amid beautiful countryside and close to a wide range of established visitor attractions, including Woburn Safari Park and Wild Britain, Gulliver’s Land theme park and the Millennium Country Park in the Forest of Marston Vale.

To find out more about the brand new homes available at Westlow Abbey, visit the Sales Centre located off Bedford Road, Wixams, MK45 3HS, and open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm Tuesday to Sunday, and from 1.30pm to 5pm on Monday.
