“With Deposit Match, whatever the customer saves, up to 5% of the property value, we will match it with the effect of doubling their deposit money. The scheme offers two immediate benefits. With up to 10% of the purchase price as a deposit, more mortgage products will be available whilst putting down a larger deposit should achieve more competitive rates than would have been available before Deposit Match, offering a saving in interest payments every month.”
