Eibach launch Seat Ibiza FR TDi suspension range

Respected suspension manufacturer Eibach has managed to turn up the wick on the hot-blooded Seat Ibiza FR TDi with the introduction of a new range of suspension upgrades.

The FR models already have decent sporting credentials, with peppy delivery and rewarding dynamics. The 2.0 litre diesel version however is seriously quick - and can really benefit from some chassis enhancements. The Eibach range has been designed to offer a dramatic improvement in handling, without sacrificing ride comfort.

The Pro-Kit lowering springs use progressive winding technology to lower the car by around 25mm. This new, more aggressive stance not only looks better, but also endows the car with more positive turn-in and handling, thanks to a lower centre of gravity. Enthusiasts looking for ultimate adjustability combined with refinement can instead opt for the stainless-steel bodied Pro-Street S Range, with a full range of ride-heights available between -20 and -60mm from stock.

Better still, with the suspension perfected, a front Anti-Roll bar is also available to further sharpen cornering prowess, reducing body roll and allowing the tyres to maintain a larger contact patch with the tarmac.

The final finishing flourish comes form the wide range of Pro-Spacer kits that endows the Ibiza with a useful track increase, allowing the wheels to fill the arches and creating sublime steering response.

As with all Eibach suspension components, every component enjoys high-quality corrosion protection and all are TÜV-certified.
