Clydesdale and Yorkshire offer discount on mortgage fees

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have launched two new discounts; 50% off mortgage rates fees and contents insurance to complement their new range of mortgages.  

Half-price Fees

The Banks are offering 50% off mortgage arrangement fees, for new customers moving home or re-mortgaging, on a range mortgages including a discounted offset at 2.79%.

Half-price Contents Insurance

Anyone looking to save on their home insurance can take advantage of Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks' discount on contents insurance.  Available to both new and existing customers, the Banks are offering 50% contents insurance when taking out buildings cover, an average saving of £80.  Home-movers and re-mortgage customers can take advantage of both half-price offers.
